What’s Your Return Policy?

Since most of our products are personalized and made to order, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for size/design unless the item you receive is damaged. We are committed to ensuring 100% customer satisfaction, so if there are any issues with your order, please contact us! If there's something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at support@personalizedfury.com.

 

Do You Offer Refunds?

Refunds are only offered to customers who receive the wrong items or damaged items. If this applies to you, please contact us with photos of the wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort it out for you as soon as possible.

 

Can I Cancel My Order?

All orders are processed within 24 hours after an order is placed. Our designer will work on each individual personalized order and send the file to our vendors. Once the vendors have started the production process, it will not be possible for us to cancel the order. We are just a small two-person team, a husband and wife starting out, so when you request to cancel an order and demand a refund, it means we have to bear the cost and pay out of our own pocket. Most of our products are also personalized, which means we cannot resell the item. Thank you for understanding and supporting our small business!

 

Can I Exchange an Item for a Different Size/Color?

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you are unsure which size would fit better, please check out our sizing charts—each item listed on our store has a sizing chart in the product description section. Though rare, it is possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If this happens, please let us know within a week of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we will send you a new one or issue a refund!
